There are 2 ways to sign up for Online services…..
1. You do not need to visit the surgery.
You can sign up for an NHS login and use you smarphone or tablet to send a photo of your photo id and record a short video clip. This allows you to access online services through the NHS app. Click on the link below for more information.

2. You will need to visit the surgery.
Visit reception with some form of ID and we will print you an access key to use in an access app or on your computer. Please visit from 12:30 to 14:30 if possible as the front desk is quieter. Click on the link below for further details
