Non-urgent advice: REGISTERING WITH OUR PRACTICE

We are currently open for registration of new patients to Burgess Hill.

NHS ONLINE REGISTRATIONS
PRACTICE REGISTRATIONS PAGE

Please use E-consult to contact the practice if you are able to.

eConsult asks you questions about your symptoms or existing condition and only takes a few minutes to complete. Your eConsult is sent to your GP practice where the GP’s receive them on their computers. In having this information up front, they can then decide on the best course of action for helping you manage your symptoms and condition, and this may mean you don’t have to come into the surgery unnecessarily.

eConsult is not for every patient. There will always be some patients who cannot, or will not, use eConsult and that is fine. eConsult is not be the only way to make a request at the practice. The more patients who can use online resources, the more it frees up the telephone for those who can’t use online resources.

A patient is the most important person in our Practicel. They are not an interruption to our work, they are the purpose of it. They are not an outsider in our Practice, they are a part of it. We are not doing a favour by serving them, they are doing us a favour by giving us an opportunity to do so.
